Bouwinvest has appointed Jordy Kleemans and Michiel Boonen as Business Development Managers in its Client Management department. In this position, they are responsible for the growth of the entrusted capital for the existing funds under management and for new products.

Bouwinvest currently manages five Dutch sector funds, predominantly for Dutch pension funds and insurers. In addition, it manages three international mandates for bpfBOUW. With a view to future developments and the growing diversity of client needs, Bouwinvest has plans to diversify its product range.

Jordy Kleemans joins Bouwinvest from Savills, where he was Head of Data, Intelligence & Strategy (DIS). At Savills, he was responsible for consulting activities, as well as for the optimisation and management of research activities and data development. Jordy previously gained experience at Annexum and Troostwijk.

Michiel Boonen previously worked at Colliers, where he was Director of Retail Capital Markets and Head of the EMEA Retail Practice Group. In this role, he was responsible for the supervision of retail real estate acquisitions and sales in the Netherlands. Another of his tasks was to improve the connections between countries and service lines within the EMEA region. This made services more uniform and enabled Colliers to serve its clients more effectively. Michiel’s previous positions include Business Development Lead at JLL and Associate Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield.

Marleen Bosma, Chief Client Officer at Bouwinvest: “Jordy and Michiel bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of client services and real estate investment. As a result, we are now even better positioned to capitalise on new opportunities in the market and engage with a broader client base. Their knowledge and insight will help us to continue to grow entrusted capital while meeting the diverse needs of our clients.”
