Jasper Petit will be responsible for several European investments. Jasper previously worked as Legal Counsel International Investments at Bouwinvest. Prior to that, he worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek as a Senior Associate. Jasper completed his MBA in 2018 at the Rotterdam School of Management.

Robert and Jasper will focus on expanding the European portfolio to €1.6 billion invested capital in 2021. Currently, the invested capital amounts to €1.1 billion.

The Europe Mandate

Bouwinvest manages three integrated international real estate mandates for Asia Pacific, North America and Europe, under a separate mandate for the bpfBOUW pension fund. The portfolio has a strong core profile and focuses on the major cities in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland and Scandinavia. Investments in offices, shops, homes and logistics form the main part of the portfolio, while ‘niche’ sectors such as student housing and healthcare real estate also form part of the mandate.
