Covid-19: assistance for residents and tenants

We are all feeling the impact of the drastic measures put in place by the Dutch Government to control the spread of coronavirus.  At Bouwinvest we are doing our very best to help you through these difficult times and have put in place a number of measures to support you:

Rent payments
If you are a resident or tenant of one of our apartments, offices, shops, hotels or healthcare complexes and are experiencing short-term financial repercussions as a result of coronavirus, we would like to help where we can. Please contact klantenservice@bouwinvest.nl. And our colleagues will be happy to help you further.

Additional cleaning services in public spaces in your building
We have put in place extra cleaning of the public spaces in our properties, for example the doorknobs and lift buttons. We will be funding the additional costs of this ourselves and will not be passing these costs on via service charges.
