Tjarko Edzes interviewed about the Asia-Pacific strategy

Following the opening of Bouwinvest’s Sydney office, AsianInvestor interviewed Tjarko Edzes, Director Asia-Pacific Investments, on the investment strategy in the region. “Being permanently based in the region improves our ability to source and monitor the right investment opportunities”.

In the interview, Tjarko explains that the invested capital in the region is set to grow to € 1.5 billion in 2021 from the current € 900 million. Bouwinvest sees good potential for the logistics and residential sectors in the region. “Going forward, we will continue to focus on investment opportunities that are backed by long-term demand drivers,” Tjarko said.
