Rianne Vedder has joined Bouwinvest as Chief Financial & Risk Officer (CFRO) with effect from 15 October. In this position, Rianne will be responsible for Bouwinvest’s Financial Shared Services and will play a key role in the further development of the growth strategy and professionalisation of the organisation.

Rianne succeeds Arno van Geet who left the company to pursue a new career opportunity with Frasers Property Europe. Following Rianne’s appointment, the executive management board comprises:  

Dick van Hal, Chief Executive Officer
Rianne Vedder, Chief Financial & Risk Officer
Stephen Tross, Chief Investment Officer International Investments
Allard van Spaandonk, Chief Investment Officer Dutch Investments 

Financial Shared Services includes the following units and responsibilities: Control & Reporting, Risk Management, Accounting & Financial Property Services, Tax, Business Technology & Process Management and Research & Strategic Advisory.

Rianne worked previously as a partner at EY Financial Services Advisory where she was jointly responsible for the growth and further development of the advisory practice of the EY organisation. In addition, she advised clients in the financial sector and managed transformation projects in the fields of finance & control, governance, integral risk management and IT solutions. Prior to that, she held various positions within EY Financial Services and Capgemini.
