Bouwinvest Appoints Jos Klinge to Healthcare Acquisition Team

Bouwinvest has appointed Jos Klinge as acquisition manager for its Healthcare Fund, which invests in properties in the Dutch market and is targeting a total volume in assets under management of € 500 million by 2020.

The Healthcare Fund’s acquisition strategy is to invest in long-term care housing with an emphasis on (extra mural) cared living and intramural (intensive) care, for both elderly and disabled people.

Klinge, who has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry ranging from acquisition and asset management, to portfolio management and due diligence processes, will start in his new role from October 1^st reporting to Erwin Drenth, Bouwinvest Director Dutch Healthcare Investments. Kinge previously worked for Primevest Capital Partners, Bouwfonds Investment Management, Q-Park and Lidl.
