The Bouwinvest Office Fund has signed eight rental leases for a total of 5,140 sqm within its multi- tenant building WTC The Hague in the past six months. These contracts were for a combination of new tenants and lease renewals for office and retail space.

The new tenants are UPS (European head office), IVBN, Adecs Infra, Cryo & Spa Experience and Sales Channel who have rented a total of 2,360 sqm. SPO (Education for pension funds), Pensioenfonds Vervoer (Pensionfund for Transport) and Vereniging Innovatieve Geneesmiddelen Nederland (Association for innovative medicines) have extended their leases, for a total of 2,780 sqm of office space.

The WTC The Hague is a multifunctional office building in The Hague’s Beatrix Quarter, an area with a mix of offices, hospitality and daily amenities. Exactly one year ago, the WTC staged a reopening ceremony after a major refurbishment in which the building’s facilities were considerably upgraded and extended.

Bouwinvest was advised by Nadorp Bedrijfsmakelaars, Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE for the lease contracts.
