Bouwinvest Wins Top Spot as Best Investor from Benelux/France at IPE Real Estate Global Awards 2016

Bouwinvest REIM won the top spot as the Best Investor in the Benelux/France regional category at the IP Real Estate Global Awards 2016. The judges cited Bouwinvest’s impressive diversified investment strategy across domestic and international markets, as well as its listed/non-listed blended portfolio approach and clear income and total return targets.

Now in its 12^th year, the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards is a major event for institutional investors providing a forum to examine the key issues facing the industry. The IPE RE Awards recognise and reward best practices, outstanding performance and innovation within the real estate sector.  This year’s event was held at the Krasnapolsky Hotel in the centre of Amsterdam.
