Bouwinvest’s results are available online

Once again Bouwinvest has had a successful year. The real estate investment manager published its year results online on April 18th 2016.

Assets under management (AUM) increased to € 7.5 billion; the return over the total portfolio was 10.6% excluding gains from foreign currency fluctuations (12.8% including forex results). Bouwinvest realised a transaction volume of € 782 million in new investments in 2015. In the Netherlands € 522 million was invested, € 124 million in the rest of Europe, € 70 million in the United States and € 66 million in Asia-Pacific.
