During the ProVada real estate trade fair, Bouwinvest and Heijmans Vastgoed signed the turnkey agreement for 135 liberalised rental homes in the Marquant and Boszoom projects in Pijnacker. This encompasses 57 single-family dwellings and 78 apartments.

Marquant is part of the “Keijzershof” expansion development in Pijnacker. The project comprises 78 rental apartments located in a square tower. The surface areas range between 81 and 104 m². Each apartment has a storage facility on the ground floor, a parking space at ground level and a spacious balcony. Boszoom comprises 57 family houses. The homes have a surface area of around 120 m². The single-family dwellings have their own parking space in the central area and a storage shed in the garden. Delivery of the project is expected in 2016.

“The project fits wonderfully into our real estate strategy,” explains Michiel de Bruine, Head of Bouwinvest’s Residential Asset Management, “to expand the residential portfolio in a medium-price rental sector at strategically good expansion locations.” The Keijzershof neighbourhood is centrally located between The Hague, Delft, Zoetermeer and Rotterdam and is easily accessible by car and public transport. There are various facilities within walking distance. Furthermore, the liberalised rental homes sector in Pijnacker is still limited.
