Big Bazar leases in Makado Shopping Centre

On behalf of Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund NV, Bilfinger Real Estate has concluded a 10-year leasing agreement with Big Bazar. The roughly 1,000 m² shop opens in March in the Makado shopping centre on J.F. Kennedyplein in Purmerend.

“Big Bazar is a welcome addition to Makado; it will have a positive effect on the appeal of the shopping centre,” says the shopping centre manager. A new 5-year leasing period has also been agreed with Marskramer and DEEN supermarket has signed a 10-year extension. Moreover, DEEN is extending its shop by around 185 m².
