Het Eiland has a total floor area of approximately 6,800 m² divided across 16 units. The largest tenants are Trendhopper City Store, Het Speeleiland and Bever.

De Promesse is located in the city center of Lelystad. The property has a total floor area of 15,000 m² divided into approximately 35 units with tenants such as HEMA, New Yorker and Kruidvat, as well as a library.
