During this year's Provada, the Bouwinvest Residential Fund acquired 149 rental homes in The Hague from Fraxus Koop B.V. Ninety-seven percent of the homes will be rented in the mid-rental segment, with rents between € 860 and € 960 per month. The homes will be built on the Loevesteinlaan, where Bouwinvest previously purchased almost 300 homes for senior citizens.

The Loevesteinlaan project in the Morgenstond district consists of two towers, and the Bouwinvest Residential Fund has purchased the homes in Tower 2. The residential (care) complex previously acquired by the Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund is located at the base of the two towers. The apartments - which will mainly be let in the mid-rental segment - are a mix of two and three-room apartments with a floor surface of between 56 m² and 92 m².

Michiel de Bruine, Director Dutch Residential Investments: "Bouwinvest expects strong household growth in The Hague in the coming years. Together with the Healthcare Fund, the Residential Fund is realising homes here for various target groups, from first-time renters to seniors. This is a perfect example of real value for life and how we add value in a sustainable manner."
