Mark Siezen was appointed Chief Ececutive Officer on 1 september 2022. He joined Bouwinvest 1 november 2020 as Chief Client Officer. Before that, he was Executive Director and Member of the Board of CBRE Netherlands, responsible for activities across retail and industrial/logistics sectors. Previously, he held several management positions at various multinational real estate businesses in the Netherlands and abroad. Mark studied Engineering Geology at TU Delft and Construction Project Management at the University of Reading.

Rianne Vedder has been Chief Financial and Risk Officer since her appointment on 15 October 2019. She was formerly Partner at EY Financial Services Advisory and co-responsible for the growth and further development of the consultancy practice of the EY organisation. Previously, she held positions within EY Financial Services and Capgemini. Rianne studied Business Economics at the Maastricht University and holds a postgraduate Register Controller degree. She is an INSEAD Certified Independent Non-Executive Director.

Marleen Bosma is Chief Client Officer (CCO) at Bouwinvest and in this position, she is responsible for investor services and the growth of entrusted capital. Marleen has worked at Bouwinvest since 2016, until early 2022 as Head of Research and Strategic Advisory. In early 2022, she was made responsible for Business Development. Prior to Bouwinvest, Marleen was responsible for international property investments and strategic client advisory at Blue Sky Group. Her career includes research, portfolio management and client relations at Syntrus Achmea real estate, the Philips pension fund, and FGH Bank. Marleen holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Management & Development from the Eindhoven University of Technology, a postgraduate Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, and is a registered investment analyst (RBA VU Amsterdam, the Dutch form of the CFA).

Allard van Spaandonk joined Bouwinvest on 1 November 2008, as director Asset Management. As of 1 January 2013, Allard has been Chief Investment Officer Dutch Investments, responsible for investments in Dutch real estate. He was previously the director of the retail and residential portfolios at Syntrus Achmea Vastgoed, as well as head of residential mortgages at Achmea Vastgoed. Allard started his real estate career at ABP Hypotheken in 1986.

Stephen Tross was appointed as Chief Investment Officer International Investments on 1 September 2010. He joined Bouwinvest in 2009 as COO International Investments. Stephen previously worked in the real estate audit practices at KPMG Accountants NV and PwC in the Netherlands, New York and London. He studied Business Economics at the Hogeschool Utrecht and accountancy at NIvRA-Nyenrode. Stephen is a professional member of the British Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chair at ANREV.

Supervisory board chairman and HR committee member Jos Nijhuis (1957) was CEO of Royal Schiphol Group from 2009 to 2018. Between 2009 and 2017, he held supervisory board positions at AON Group Nederland. and SNS Reaal NV/Volksbank. Prior to joining Schiphol Group, Jos had various roles at PwC, serving as CEO Netherlands for the last seven years of this period.

Jos van Lange’s (1956) main areas of expertise are finance, risk control and compliance in combination with real estate. Van Lange is vice chairman of the supervisory board and he chairs the audit, risk and compliance committee. Between 1980 and 2017 he held various positions at Rabobank Nederland and Rabo Real Estate Group. At Rabo Real Estate Group, he was CFRO from 2006 to 2013, and CEO from 2013 to 2017.

Wendy Verschoor (1974) is a real estate specialist and manager with 20 years of experience in advising clients about real estate and asset management. She is a member of the supervisory board’s audit, risk and compliance committee. Wendy has run her own consultancy in the field of strategy, leadership and governance since April 2018. Prior to this she was Head of Client Care at CBRE Nederland and a director at Arcadis Nederland.

Gabrielle Reijnen has more than 25 years management experience, including client and portfolio management, finance and risk. Within the supervisory board, she chairs HR committee. Gabrielle is currently CFO at Beter Bed Holding and is a member of the supervisory boards at Aegon Bank and Aspen Oss. She was previously Managing Director at ABN Amro and at Alvarez & Marsal.
