Bouwinvest Retail Fund Strengthens Acquisition Team

Dutch institutional real estate investment manager Bouwinvest is strengthening the acquisition team of its Retail Fund, which is aiming to grow assets under management to €1.1 billion by 2020, through the addition of Barbara Sleijffers and Frans van Burk.

Barbara Sleijffers has been appointed as Acquisition Manager and joins Bouwinvest from Sweco Capital Consultants, where she advised pension funds on their real estate investments at a strategic, as well as on a tactical level. She previously worked for Flow Vastgoed, DHV Royal Haskoning, AM and ASR.

Frans van Burk starts as a Commercial Assistant Acquisitions. He joins Bouwinvest from CBRE Global Investors, where he had the position of Senior Commercial Analyst. Van Burk previously also worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management.
