Kick-off Leasing of Iconic Pontsteiger Apartments in Amsterdam

Bouwinvest begins leasing its 252 apartments in the landmark Pontsteiger building formed as an architecturally striking 90-metre high giant gate in the Houthavens (Timber Harbour) area of Amsterdam.

Bouwinvest has started marketing its rental apartments in the Pointsteiger as the construction phase of the project draws to a close. Interested renters can chose between two, three or four room apartments ranging from 67 to 150 sqm and also have the option to rent parking space. A modern gateway to Amsterdam

Pontsteiger is prominently situated at the end of a long pier on the banks of the IJ River, just northwest of the historic city centre, within the Houthaven, Amsterdam’s old timber docks. The design was conceived by architects Arons en Gelauff and has produced a spectacular open structure that mirrors the form of a vast gate or square arch.
