Bouwinvest welcomes Blizzard as new tenant in WTC The Hague

Blizzard Entertainment opens in addition to its European headquarters in Versailles, near Paris, an office in the World Trade Centre in The Hague. The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund has signed an agreement with Blizzard Entertainment International for ca. 1,100 sqm of office space in the iconic mixed-use asset located in the heart of the city.

The arrival of this creative tenant, a leader in the gaming industry, is a welcome addition to the diverse portfolio of tenants the building is currently let to, which includes corporates and mid-sized companies largely active in the service sector.

The building, which is owned by the Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund, has recently received a BREEAM-NL-In-Use Excellent certificate.
