The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund has signed an agreement with Blizzard Entertainment International for ca. 1,100 sqm of office space in the iconic mixed-use asset located in the heart of the city.

The arrival of this creative tenant, a leader in the gaming industry, is a welcome addition to the diverse portfolio of tenants the building is currently let to, which includes corporates and mid-sized companies largely active in the service sector.
