Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund Acquires Residential Care Home Craenenbroeck in Heiloo to the North of Amsterdam
The Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund has acquired care home Craenenbroeck, operated by healthcare provider Van Hollant B.V. The residential-care complex on the Kennemerstraatweg in Heiloo, 40km north of Amsterdam
The care home has been operating since 2014 and has 29 apartments varying in size from 35 to 96 sqm, as well as various supporting facilities. There is also a restaurant, a gym and a cinema within the building.
The target residents group for the facility are people with light to heavy care support requirements and primarily suffering from dementia. They will be able to access practitioners of somatics, the alternative medicine therapy based on movement and physical sensation.
Healthcare service provider Van Hollant B.V. has signed a 20-year rental lease with the Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund to operate Craenenbroeck.
