Bouwinvest acquires retail property in Nijmegen

Bouwinvest REIM acquired two retail units rented by fashion store Men At Work and Nelson Shoes in the city centre of Nijmegen on behalf of its Retail Fund. The stores cover 1,164 sqm in total. Bouwinvest purchased the stores from Bouwfonds Investment Management B.V.

Both stores are located is one of the leading shopping streets in the city centre of Nijmegen, which on its turn, is one of the most attractive shopping areas of the Netherlands. The purchase of the shops, fits very well in the Experience strategy of the Bouwinvest Retail Fund.
